Yes, you can apply for an interest-free installment plan covering the entire construction period.
Buyers can choose one of two options for property registration:
- LEASEHOLD — a 90-year long-term lease. The property can be gifted, inherited, or resold. For the new owner, the counter resets and they again have a full 90-year lease term. The registration fee for Leasehold is 1.1% of the property value.
- FREEHOLD — full ownership. The registration fee is 2%.
